Kristofer Ström kommer til Visuelt
Kristofer Ström er illustratør, animatør, flashprogrammerer og musiker fra Malmö, og driver med det meste som inneholder muligheten til å skrible. Han har satt seg som mål å tegne minst en iPhonetegning hver dag. Sjekk resultatet på ljudbilden.tumblr.com.
Kristofer har alltid elsket å skrible merkelige små skapninger, tilsynelatende uten mål og mening. Men hans mangfoldige liv en ny retning da han en dag så et whiteboard på salg på IKEA. Det ga ham nemlig en idé. Resultatet ble en hjemmelaget video for den minimalistiske svenske technoduoen Minilogue som Kristofer la ut på YouTube. Den har ført til nesten 5 millioner visninger og vært omtalt i Shots så vel som å vinne Best Budget Video-prisen under årets CADs. Kristofer fikk som et resultat tilnavnet Face of Youtube i Sverige.

Just finished some animated commercials together with Andreas Nilsson.
sketching on series of animated things. Drawing my daily iPhone drawings (ljudbilden.tumblr.com) Our house…tearing up all the floors, taking down walls while at the same time having fun with my kids.
What are your thoughts about participating in the Visuelt-seminars?
It’s a challenge for me. Let’s see what happens. Will it be improvised, live animation, live music or just press play on tape?
What inspires you (a website, a book, a film, a person…)?
Everything in away or another. The more i’m working the more inspiration there is. It comes from nowhere but doesn’t come from doing nothing.
